Hi I’m Tracey!
After following over 20 fitness blogs I realized, I want to have my own!
I’ve been passionate about fitness for about 3 years now and have been running for over a year and a half.  College sometimes makes it tough to eat healthy and yet find time to workout but with planning and moderation, it all works out!
I hope you’ll follow me as I track my workouts, meals, and other random timbits about my awesome yet simple life.
